Olivia who helped us through all the time from showing us the various styles offered to moving in was a wonderful help. When you choose Shea to build your home, you are getting so much more than just a home construction company. The plantings along the walking path behind our home are dead/dying and the area just full of weeds. Sure, we noticed a few things that were not perfect but Dawn and the Warranty team are making sure that all issues are being resolved. Thanks Shea for building our Forever Home in this wonderful community of Ocala Preserve. The build process was frustrating as the Builder was so afraid of saying something that could be interpreted as a commitment they they instead opted to just not communicate at all.
